Really nice people, and very helpful with information or anything else we needed.

The hostess made us feel very welcome, and we had a great stay. The room felt brand new, and the bathroom even newer. Breakfast was good too, with vouchers for the bar downstairs, which I thought was a great idea. You’re very central, just a three-minute walk from the Duomo and two minutes from the main streets such as Spaccanapoli. The balcony passage to the room was a little narrow, and closing the doors was awkward. We also couldn’t figure out how to open the outside door after a certain hour. A bit more information would help, since another couple and I were stuck outside trying to work out a system that wasn’t intuitive.

The place is spotless, and they’re very kind when they welcome you. They’re also always available on WhatsApp if you need anything. Breakfast is included at the bar downstairs, second to the right as you exit, and both the service and food were excellent. You’re on the same street as the cathedral, next to Via Tribunali, and we walked everywhere except Herculaneum and Pompeii. The room had a capsule coffee maker, kettle, and a box with capsules, black tea, sugar, chopsticks, small paper cups, glasses, and ceramic mugs. There was a refrigerator with several bottles of water, plus snacks on a tray, including chips, ham crackers, and cheese crackers. The bathroom came with a hairdryer, toilet paper, towels, small shampoo and shower gel bottles, and disposable slippers that were fine to wear around the house. I’d read complaints about having to put 10 cents in a little box for the elevator, but there’s a tray of coins at the entrance that they keep refilling, so we could use it as often as we wanted. Incredible service, room, and location. It’s perfect.

The owners are lovely and helpful, and the central location makes it easy to get around. Recommended!
