Metro Guest House 2

The location worked out well for getting around on foot or by public transport. My boyfriend and I spent a weekend here, and everything felt welcoming and carefully thought through. The B&B was spotless, quiet, and nicely decorated, and our spacious room had all the comforts we needed. The owner deserves a special mention for being kind, helpful, and attentive to guests. An unforgettable stay!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt taken for granted. I’d booked a double room with a balcony for one night, as shown in the website photo. Instead, the owner showed us a ground-floor double with a window and scaffolding right outside, so we had to barricade ourselves in. When I complained, he said he’d already given the booked room to some young people because we arrived at 5:00 PM. After a long discussion, we agreed on a small discount. He said he didn’t have the full amount then and would bring me the rest later. He lives next door, but I’m still waiting. There was also only one outlet by the bed, on the opposite side, which made charging our phones very inconvenient. BEWARE of this owner/manager. He seemed kind while I was booking, but then there were unpleasant surprises, and he didn’t keep the agreement when there was nothing I could do.

Everything was perfect for my stay. Mr. Gianni was really welcoming, and the rooms were very clean. It’s close to the subway and Cumana, and having a supermarket downstairs was very convenient.

The location makes it easy to get to the center quickly, and I had a great stay at this B&B. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
