The breakfast was just one croissant and cold coffee with milk. They also offered a piece of stale bread, and the dishes were dirty. Since everything is washed by hand, the hygiene didn’t inspire confidence. Service was poor, and the staff had grumpy looks. The front desk girl scrolled through social media and played videos loudly enough to wake us in the morning. Astonishing. The room was filthy, with dirt and hair left by previous guests. There were hairs all over the bathroom walls, and the ceiling light trapped about 50 dead or dying flies, faintly lit by a lamp that barely worked. The shower floor was dirty with a strange layer of sediment. Ants covered the bedroom floor, and the bed was falling apart, though we did manage to sleep. The in-room refreshments fridge was empty. Getting to central Naples was a separate problem. This place is nowhere near the center, and you need at least two buses, or a bus and a train, to get anywhere remotely central. The bus hours were highly confusing and inaccurate. I don’t recommend this B&B at all.

The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, the room was dirty, and the walls are paper thin. The “included breakfast” was a tasteless croissant. Getting into central Naples takes at least an hour using several forms of public transport. If you’re after a good B&B in Naples, stay away.

We could hear our neighbors talking, and even hear the reception staff and whatever they were watching on their phones. It was quite noisy. The woman who helped us that first morning and brought breakfast was unfriendly and arrogant. The room wasn’t clean or well maintained. The walls had mold damage, the air-conditioning unit seemed to be leaking and had rust, ants were crawling on the floor and walls, and there were lots of bugs in the ceiling light. Breakfast was okay but not good, and not enough: one croissant and a slice of dry bread, with no fruit or juice.

Clean, friendly, basic accommodation for a great price. Well worth staying here. The center of Naples is just an R6 bus and L2 train ride away.

The rooms are quite nice and roomy, with air conditioning. The kitchen is a little small, but still works well enough to share with others.
