The room was really nice and roomy, and the people were kind and helpful. They even put together a food package when we needed to leave early, which was thoughtful. Breakfast was basic. The shower water drained slowly, and the neighborhood felt a little sketchy, though the tram is nearby and nothing strange happened.

The room was comfortable, clean, and tidied every morning. The young man serving breakfast was pleasant and helpful. The shower sometimes drained very slowly, but I’d stay here again. Via Toledo, the main street, is a short walk away, and Museo metro station is just around the corner.

Giuseppe was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. Breakfast had plenty of options: coffee, tea, bread, cheese, salami, prosciutto, yogurt, cereal, and sweets. The location was handy, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants close by. There’s a metro and train line nearby, and the old center is just across the boulevard. We could hear some street noise in the morning, but it didn’t bother us much. A comfortable, easy stay.

The staff were super nice and helpful, with lots of great recommendations. The rooms were well equipped and felt very safe. The location is perfect, just a 5-7 minute walk from the historic center. Breakfast could be more exciting.
