We booked just one night a few days ahead, but got no confirmation or check-in details at all. There was nothing from the host, and messages through Booking and WhatsApp went unanswered. We only found out from other reviews that WhatsApp might be used. With an hour to go before check-in and still no contact, we called; the host eventually answered, but the uncertainty had already thrown off our day. We didn't know if we'd be able to get in. Then we had to be up early for a flight, which we'd told the host about. At 4:26am he messaged asking us to leave cash in the apartment for the tourist tax. Great timing, when we were rushing to the airport instead of looking for an ATM after waking up. One of the worst stays we've had recently. It felt like the host just didn't care. Avoid this place, it isn't worth the stress.

The apartment felt like a little oasis amid Naples' chaos, and we felt safe and well looked after. The owner was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, so make sure you have WhatsApp. The service was straightforward. There was loads of room to spread out, with a big bed and comfy bedding. The facilities all worked: smart TV, washer and dryer, large shower, and a properly usable shared kitchen. Even the toilet had enough space around it to sit normally. We also liked the balcony on the top floor, where you can connect with your fellow Neapolitans for now. My favorite part was the breakfast we paid for. Every day there were fresh Neapolitan pastries, freshly brewed coffee, and a few other treats. I'd stay again anytime.

Good value for money, with a good breakfast and a very spacious room. It's conveniently placed near the city center, train station, and port. Recommended.

The breakfast is served in the room, and the shower is great. The room was comfortable and everything felt new. My only downside was being on the fourth floor of a building with an old elevator.
