The apartment is right across from the port of Naples, and the location is so convenient. Sergio was attentive and lovely throughout our stay, with lots of suggestions for places and restaurants. He even gave us a bottle of wine for my partner's birthday. The view is incredible. Thanks again, Sergio, for an unforgettable stay. I can't recommend it enough.

The harbour views are really nice, and the property is clean and pleasant, in a very good location. What stood out most was Sergio's hospitality. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us.

The view from the top floor is breathtaking, with a panorama across the whole city. We booked for the view and balcony, but November brought rain and wind that kept us from enjoying them. It was still absolutely worth it for the newly furnished, clean room, the excellent location, the extra perks, and a host who made sure we had everything we wanted. I'm already looking forward to coming back in better weather. I admit I was unsure at first because there weren't many five-star reviews, but I'm so glad I took a chance. Sergio is a super nice guy and an incredible host. Breakfast was delivered to our room to order, and on arrival there were all kinds of goodies: drinks in the fridge, aperitif snacks, and a bottle of wine. That's exactly what you want when you arrive and take in that spectacular view. I've never stayed anywhere more deserving of five stars.

Sergio was thoughtful and helpful from start to finish, keeping in touch and sharing recommendations. When my boyfriend got food poisoning on our last day, he went out of his way to help, bringing pills from the pharmacy. He was incredibly kind. For my 30th birthday, he welcomed me with a present and a bottle of house wine. The accommodation was beautiful, the room had everything we could need, and breakfast was delicious. Sergio made our anniversary weekend in Naples feel really special. My Lady was completely surprised and excited. He arranged everything we asked for, including a lovely vegetable omelette delivered to the room since we're vegetarian and don't enjoy sweet breakfasts. The room was perfect, with complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar, and the sea view from the 17th floor was adorable. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I can't recommend it enough.
