Naples Dome Suites

We were left waiting outside after 11 PM, and nobody answered our calls. We’d told them when we were arriving, but they didn’t warn us about this crucial detail. In the end, we had to pay for somewhere else at the last minute, yet they charged our account anyway. We’re still waiting for a refund for the room we never used. Completely unprofessional, avoid this B&B. I’ve just read the hotelier’s reply, and it leaves out that we’d already shared our arrival time. Meanwhile, they messaged us offering a taxi from the airport to the room for €40, when the normal fare is €20. So they were happy to pick us up late at night, but not to wait and hand us the keys, lol. Please don’t treat us like complete idiots. We won’t be staying here, there are better options elsewhere.

We were disappointed and felt misled. The reviews seemed manipulated, and neither the room nor the owners had anything charming about them. Be wary of those near-perfect 10/10 ratings, they look too suspicious to be genuine. Calling this place a complete scam feels right. And that reply dismissing concerns about review authenticity while trying to silence criticism only made us more suspicious. We won't be setting foot there again :) Avoid it.
