The room was clean, and the location was good. Beyond that, we had a poor experience. The beds were impossible to sleep on, and meals were provided for only two days although we paid for all of them. The coffee maker in one room didn’t work, there was no hot water, and climbing the stairs was simply impossible. When we arrived, we didn’t know how to reach her because the phone number didn’t work. A complete stranger who called her friend ended up helping us. We wrote several times asking for help and waited at least an hour for a reply. This is just an ordinary apartment, not a hotel, with no reception or assistance. We also couldn’t leave our bags for an hour while we walked around and waited for a taxi. They asked us for €5 each and taxes. If a good night’s sleep and service worth the money matter to you, this isn’t the place.

There’s a nice balcony, and the room is big with everything in it. The location is okay too. But the bed was broken and uncomfortable, and the owner didn’t reply to messages.

Parking on the street was mostly easy to find, which was great. The place itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, and nice. The owner kindly answered our questions, and I’d recommend staying here. We’d come back next time we’re in the city!

The owner sent the self check-in and check-out directions on WhatsApp, and everything went smoothly. The room was roomy, clean, and had a balcony. It’s right near the city center, with lots of restaurants and markets selling local food close by. I’d definitely return and recommend the place.

Breakfast was just a few packaged industrial pastries left on the table, with nothing else. There was a coffee maker but no capsules, and no tea. The street was dirty, shabby, and noisy, and the staircase wasn’t accessible for people with reduced mobility. Staff were unfriendly, the welcome was appalling, and I had to ring several times before anyone opened the door. The manager didn’t greet guests personally, which I found unacceptable. That same evening I asked to move to another hotel, and I’m glad I left. This definitely isn’t a bed and breakfast. Avoid this place.
