Once inside, the place was fantastic: very clean and quiet, with a lovely shared kitchen and a terrace that's great for relaxing. The staff were friendly and quick to help. It's also well placed, about a five-minute walk to the outdoor markets and ten minutes to the main metro and train terminal and Spaccanapoli. Finding it took some effort. Our driver left us in an alley and we weren't sure where to go, and the exterior, much like Napoli itself, doesn't look like much. I'd highly recommend staying here for a visit to Naples.

Chiara and the rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The location is spot on, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning. There's a roomy shared kitchen with tea and good espresso. A couple of small things: my room faced the street, and it could get noisy with the windows open, though the double glazing worked perfectly when shut. I also found the bed softer than I like, but that's personal taste. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms were very clean, and the host was incredibly friendly. It's in a converted flat close to the cathedral, convenient for both the city centre and train stations, so it worked well for us as we travelled by train a lot. We can certainly recommend staying here. The Italian mattresses are super soft, which we hate, but that's part of the deal when staying in Italy.

It was very quiet despite being in a convenient, central spot, and the staff were pleasant. There's a shared kitchen, though the gas hob can't be used. They also have a filter for cold and sparkling water.
