We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the heating on during winter. The location was just right, and Salvatore was helpful, pointing us toward some delicious places serving local food.

The architecture and history were interesting, and the chocolate and coffee were good. The waiters weren’t very warm, though.

We drove there, and they found us a parking spot right underneath the building. It was monitored day and night, and the parking staff were excellent too. Breakfast at the bar downstairs was spot on. The room was perfect, with a quiet location and a bathroom that was spotless and had a double shower. Dario and then Salvatore were both extremely kind, knowledgeable, and ready to help with anything. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time in the Ischia room. It’s a roomy double with a lovely private bathroom, plus a TV, sitting area, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Lots of Naples’ main sights are about ten minutes away, and there’s a bank and post office nearby with ATMs. The staff were kind and helpful, and Mrs. Enza the cleaner was such a wonderful person. She’s professional and devoted to her work, but also warmhearted. I loved meeting her and having a chat, and felt like she was my mother 🤗 I’ll never forget her. If I come back, I hope I can spend more time with her.
