The neighborhood was pleasant, and the place was clean, quiet, and inexpensive. It worked well for two people on a short stay. The space felt a bit tighter than the photos, though the high ceilings helped. There’s bedroom air conditioning and a little kitchen with a hob for preparing basics. You can sit on the terrace outside the door. To reach the roof, take the lift to the top floor and then climb narrow stairs. The view is only through small windows.

The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, but our room was on the 7th. There was mold on the walls, and cleaning was poor. The place needs basic maintenance.
