For a one-night stay, this was a convenient spot, especially if you need to be near Naples international airport, about 3-4 km away. Booking was fairly easy, and the hosts replied quickly. The room was clean and spacious enough, with a kettle, TV, air conditioning, and a fridge that wasn't plugged in. There was enough hot water, and both the room and toilet were clean, though the toilet had a few signs of use. We had a view of the facade of the nearby building, so the room felt secluded and dark. Look elsewhere if a view matters to you. There were several doors to pass through to reach the room, which made the place feel safe. Parking was the main hassle for us. We needed a private space because of the rental car's specific rules about bodywork damage. The area in front of the building was crowded and narrow, making it hard to stop and unload luggage. We used a private garage about 300 m away for €20.00 a day. It worked out and our car wasn't damaged, but the parking situation was troublesome. If keeping your car safe is a concern, you may want a place with better parking.
The location was good, but the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs.

The rooms were very clean and nice, and the staff were so friendly. The location is good, though you'll need public transport to get around.
The breakfast was a real highlight. The free tickets for the nearby bar came with plenty of choices. We stayed three nights, and the room was roomy and comfortable, with daily cleaning. The owner and cleaning lady were very kind and quick to respond when we asked for things. It's quiet and close to everything, with the station about a 10-minute walk away. There's convenient, affordable parking nearby too. I'd definitely recommend this B&B for a few days in Naples, especially if you want a relaxing stay without worrying about much.
