Good value for money, and a convenient base for different excursions. The owner was kind and very helpful, and they let us leave our luggage after checkout. The rooms are simple, clean, and tidy, with no outside noise on the sixth floor. They also offer well-organized trips to Amalfi and swimming in the bays of Naples. The airport Alibus stops there. From outside, the first impression and the little square aren’t welcoming, though there’s a lot of police around and it felt quite safe. We’re two women and walked from the center, about 15 minutes, even in the evening, without any problems. Recommend.

Finding the place was tricky at first because Google Maps was a bit unreliable about exactly where we were. Look for the big orange door at the restaurant/cafe called “Mexico”. From the bus stop, go around the corner and turn right toward the restaurant. The place is right beside a small set of orange doors. It’s one stop from the airport, around the corner, and directly across from Napoli Central Railway. From there, trains and buses make it easy to reach places like Pompeii and other sea ports. The room was spacious and clean, in a secure location. There’s a kitchenette with a hot water kettle, efficient induction burners, a large sink, and a coffee maker, plus a shared area with a desk and couch. The bathroom is roomy and has a rain shower. There’s also a nice balcony with an electronic retractable screen. Staff were responsive and reachable on WhatsApp, and housekeeping was included. I’d recommend it for exploring Naples, whether you’re solo, a couple, or a small group booking several rooms. I think there are four rooms total.

The rooms were elegant, clean, and had the facilities you need day to day. There’s free coffee and a separate shared room to hang out with other guests, so the place had a good feel. Security seemed very good, and the rooms are right beside the central station. Breakfast is at a separate cafe about 200m away. It was nice, with a coffee and croissant, and seemed fair for the room price. The area at the B&B entrance was a bit unclean, with illegal street vendors, though it felt completely safe and nobody caused harm. Maybe the owner can’t control that, but something should be done. The elevator is another issue: the rooms are on the sixth floor, and it’s small and cramped even for two people with luggage. Depending on when you ride, you may need to pay exactly 10 cents, with no change given back, which I didn’t like. Hot water was limited too, and I didn’t understand why. All we got

We found the cleanliness better than we expected, and the room was large, with its own bathroom. Being opposite the central train station makes the location really convenient. I’d recommend it.
