The apartment itself was down in a basement, with only small windows at sidewalk level, and it smelled damp. The bed linen and towels were in poor condition, and the decor wasn't great either. This made the price feel like terrible value and, for me, ruined our time in Naples. We'd booked through booking.com, where breakfast, a 24-hour reception, and check-in from 3:00 PM were listed. Before we arrived, we were told we couldn't check in until 5:00 PM, which threw off our plans. Leaving our luggage was also a problem, and we found there was no reception on site after all. There wasn't breakfast either. When I asked, I was told snacks were included, but chips and chocolate aren't breakfast to me. There was also some stale fruit in the fridge. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Attorney Campolongo made us feel right at home and helped us enjoy Naples' hospitality. Such a lovely person, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Manlio and Rosario, the lawyers, were so helpful and courteous, and made our stay really pleasant. The place was welcoming and clean, with many attractions nearby. We'd gladly come back, and our experience makes it easy to recommend.

Mr. Manlio Campolongo, the lawyer, was always kind and available whenever we needed information. The staff were friendly too, and the apartment felt welcoming, even for families. Highly recommended, we'll definitely return.
