After we arrived, they demanded another €200, despite our completed online check-in and deposit payment. There was no staff around after a certain hour, so we were stranded outside with our luggage late at night, trying to find somewhere else to stay. I found the whole thing unsafe and unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t risk staying here, especially with a partner or family.

I paid the deposit, did the online check-in, and followed every instruction, but my wife and I were still left out on the street at night. Nobody picked up the phone or responded to our messages. We had to pay for another hotel, and I never got my money back. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid this place, it was a total scam.

Avoid this place. They charge hidden fees, and the €200 deposit was never returned, not after 15 or 30 days. We ended up contacting the police and filing a report. This seems to be common practice, and customer service or clapa group doesn't want to know. Thieves, avoid at all costs.
