We were charged for a stay that turned into a series of different addresses. After arriving at the location we booked through On The Beach, we couldn't find a hotel there. A phone call sent us to check in several streets away, then we learned our actual accommodation was farther still. The parking situation was another surprise: I chose this place because parking was supposed to be included and on site, but we had to leave the car at a separate location about a kilometre from where we stayed and pay for it. With the parking, cleaning, destination and tourist fees, plus the security deposit, the extras came to more than the holiday itself. The accommodation was also poor. The door frames were coming away, the bed was tiny and awful, the shower was bad, and the toilet kept making noise for hours after flushing. I contacted the tour operator about the condition and the fact that this wasn't the location we booked. Then reception called us in the next day. A very rude woman said we'd only paid for one day's parking and had two hours left, so we needed to pay again. She tried to charge €45 a day, even though I had a receipt showing €35 from the previous day, and said we'd have to return daily to pay. That would have added €245 for the week, despite other details saying parking was free or €180. Our tour operator got us a refund, so we left. I'm still waiting for the security deposit and refunds for cleaning, tourist and destination fees. They haven't replied to my messages. After four weeks, I contacted their dreadful customer service again and was told the deposit wouldn't be released until 30 working days, or 40 calendar days. I still haven't received it. Don't stay here. The accommodation is awful, the staff are dreadful, and this feels like a total scam.

The room itself wasn't too bad, though the walls were very thin and we could hear the other guests. What made the stay unpleasant was the reception and check-in. Check-in happens somewhere other than the hotel, and they charged fees without explaining them. It was pay up or you couldn't get into the hotel. We stayed five nights in August and had to leave a €200 deposit. They said it would be refunded after 30 days, but we got no reply to our messages and the money didn't come back then. My advice is to avoid this place. The refund eventually arrived two months after our stay, after I sent reception another WhatsApp message.

The room we were taken to was about 100 yards from the check-in office, on the fourth floor of what looked like an office building. Our so-called ' deluxe queen suite ' had two single beds pushed together, a shelf unit with a small safe, a TV, a small fridge and a bathroom. There were no tea or coffee facilities, or any of the other comforts I'd expect at this price. It was all very basic. Before that, don't be taken in by the photo of the grand building. That's not the hotel or where you'll stay. A QR code sends you to an office several streets away, where the staff were unhelpful and some were downright hostile. Check-in also meant paying a 200 euro damage deposit and tourist tax in cash. For us, the tax was 11 euro per person, per day. I'd look elsewhere. Even a Travelodge or Best Western would be far better than this shambles.

The basic room cost us over 200 euros, and there wasn't even drinking water. The staff were so rude and unfair. We got scammed by these idiots. Worst decision ever.

The room was pretty normal and everything there was fine. The service around the reservation and afterward was under acceptable, though. They held onto the 200€ fee for a month before I wrote to ask about it. So far, all I've received is an email saying they'd ordered the refund and that it would take another 10 days. I WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE.
