Palazzo Goyze

You enter this little hotel through steel doors on a narrow street, and inside the rooms are beautiful. What really stood out was how kind the people running it were. They did everything they could for my girlfriend and me, from getting us a taxi during a strike to keeping our luggage and helping with anything else we asked. What a lovely place and lovely people. It's a different kind of hotel, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Everyone we met at Palazzo Goyze was so warm and helpful, even before we arrived. It's in a really handy spot near everything, and we felt comfortable and safe there. Good value for money, too. I'd absolutely recommend it.

The host was super friendly and helpful, and my room was great, with a big bed and two little balconies. I found the place on Booking.com. It's close to Piazza Dante and the Metro, and just a short walk from the archaeological museum. I'd definitely stay again.

We spent a week in this beautifully refurbished palazzo. The rooms were huge, with high ceilings, spotless floors, a big comfortable bed, a TV, and plenty of storage. The shower was hot and powerful, and there were a few complimentary snacks and drinks. Finding the accommodation can be a little confusing. There are large metal gates at the entrance without clear signs, but Arianna and Roberto message ahead to ask when you'll arrive so they can welcome you. Breakfast is at a local paticceria, three or four minutes away. It was fine, though quite busy, and you might get overlooked if you don't speak Italian. The location is fantastic, about a three-minute walk from Dante station and under 10 or 12 minutes from Spaccanapoli and the Spanish quarter. Arianna and Roberto were incredibly helpful throughout, always ready with restaurant and activity recommendations or anything else I needed. I can't thank them enough, and would highly recommend the property.
