The reception staff were friendly, but when I reported noise going through the night, they said they couldn’t do anything. It carried on until 1 a.m. The cleaning staff also knocked repeatedly until someone opened the door, made noise in the hallway, cleaned poorly, and were rude. On checkout day, one of them answered my “good morning” with a sarcastic “not good morning.” I didn’t catch it clearly at first, then realized they’d said something, laughed, and walked away from reception. The place is right in the city center but extremely hard to find, and taxi drivers and food delivery drivers either can’t reach it or don’t know how to get there. Cleanliness fell far below expectations. The staff seemed completely unprepared and unprofessional. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Truly disappointing.

The terrace view was nice, and the staff were friendly. That’s about all I can say in its favor. The room wasn’t the one shown on the site, and the place was dirty and smelled bad. The location was awful too: even the taxi wouldn’t drop me there, so I had to face the steep street myself. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, even compared with budget places in Mexico. Please don’t book it.

The rooftop here is incredible, and I really liked how peaceful the hotel was. Staff were pleasant and helpful, too. It’s about a 15-minute walk to central spots such as Museo Archeologico and Via Toledo. The rooms aren’t anything special, but for a three-star hotel I had a great stay.

Breakfast was stale, there was hardly any choice, and it wasn’t what they had promised. The rooms looked nothing like the photos, either: ours was small, dirty, and poorly kept. I felt misled from the start. The service and facilities were below standard as well. I’d avoid this place if you don’t want a disappointing stay.

The double bed was difficult to get into because a wide post blocked one side, and the shower was only suitable for a very small person. Getting to the hotel means tackling a 150metre stretch of very steep cobbled road, which taxis refuse to drive down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone over 60, and it’s not suitable for older people.
