The Cornetti at the nearby bar were great. If you have breakfast, you get coupons to use there. There was also an espresso maker in the hallway with snacks and other things you could help yourself to, which was really nice. Our room was lovely and new, and the staff were friendly. It does get pretty loud at night, and we couldn't work out where the noise came from. Naples is a loud city generally, so I don't think that was the owners' fault.

The room was super clean and everything was in order. The staff were amazing, kind and ready to help with anything we needed. We were surprised by how good the service was, and they even let us leave our bags there until our afternoon flight. We stayed with friends for the weekend, 23-25 May. The location was great, with the Metro nearby and pretty much everywhere walkable. We felt very safe and loved Napoli. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Da Napoli non ci si stanca mai💙💙💙💙💙

The pedestrian area with its bars and shops is just below the building, yet the neighborhood stays quiet and peaceful despite being central. My husband and I spent three nights here and were welcomed so warmly. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean. Mine was Amalfi, and it had bathroom amenities and, at last, a proper hairdryer. There were lots of tasty treats at the entrance, plus a coffee machine and microwave that were free to use. They even supplied coins for the elevator. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return!
