I left soon after checking in and would never stay here again. The room and shared area were very cramped, dingy, and dirty, almost like a prison cell, and the road noise was so loud I doubt I could’ve slept well. I went through with check-in because I was genuinely worried the manager might be a scam artist or rob me. He declined my refund request through the third party booking site. At the listed address, I found a locked front gate and no instructions for getting in. I waited more than 30 minutes and was about to leave when a building resident came out. I asked him for help, and he made a call. A few minutes later the room manager arrived and took me upstairs to see the room. It was a creepy, unsafe experience.

Inside, there were five closed room doors in a row, and no windows in the entrance area. The rooms are so close together that you can hear everything from the neighbors, and the whole apartment was quite dirty. It felt more like a hostel for very adventurous travelers than somewhere to relax. Unless an escape room is what you’re after, I’d avoid it. Getting there was unsettling too. The narrow street can’t be reached by car and looked like a gritty ghetto, with people living on the dirty ground. The 'hotel' had no sign on the building and wasn’t listed on the bell panel, so I had to call a number and get directions to the flat. Then a masked person with a persistent cough came to lead me in. They couldn’t communicate in English, which made the whole situation feel even stranger. My stay turned into a horror movie plot. If you want a relaxing getaway, ❌NOT CHOOSE❌ this place.

This B&B is in a very handy spot for seeing Naples. We stayed from January 29th to 3rd and would gladly return. The owner is a wonderful, very kind person who welcomed us warmly and was available for whatever we needed.
