I can’t judge the room itself, but our experience was bad. We arrived around 1400 and nobody from the business was there to greet us. We spent three hours waiting on the steep stairs with no communication from the host. We tried email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls, but got no answer. The stairs may be manageable for a younger person, but could be a problem if you’re older or out of shape. Eventually the host got in touch and said they had phone reception problems. We’re from another country and have been using a foreign cellular provider in Italy without any reception issues. It felt like a poor excuse for a badly run business. How can a business rely on just one person to stay in contact with customers? That’s a single point of failure. By then we’d made other arrangements. We asked for a refund and were immediately told, “Sorry, no refund.” Wouldn’t you ask for your money back after waiting three hours on steep stairs in a foreign country without hearing from anyone? Do not stay here.

The owner was really handsome and kind! We arrived late, and he drove us to a hotel owned by one of his friends. You guys should check it out!

I found a really convenient offer on Booking. The room had clearly been finished with attention to detail, and it was very spacious.

The rooms are very spacious and the bed is huge. The location is exceptional. I recommend it.
