The receptionists were really helpful when we arrived and when we left, and the bathrooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the elevators a nice extra. The rooms felt secure and were clean. The location is handy, near bars, shops, and the park. One thing to check if you’re traveling with family: the rooms are split between two buildings, about a 30-second walk apart, so you may want to make sure everyone is in the same one.

Vittoria at the front desk was great by email and WhatsApp, recommended a nice place for dinner, and arranged our morning taxi. The desk is staffed until 9pm. We paid 15 euro for a taxi from Beverello port, then 30 euro at a fixed rate for the pre-arranged 7am airport ride, which took about 25 minutes. We only stayed one night before flying out, but the neighborhood felt very safe and had lots of lively places for food and drinks within an easy walk. Our fourth-floor room was spacious and modern, the elevator made it easy to reach, and the king bed was comfortable.

The cafe downstairs is worth a mention, with a nice breakfast and great staff. The location is great, and the suites are spacious with high ceilings and the usual little balcony over the street. If you’re lucky, you might catch the opera singer across the way performing ❤️

The staff knew their stuff and were friendly and helpful. It’s a stylish, clean little place, well placed for walking to restaurants and bars. A metro station and bus stop are just a short walk away, so getting around Naples by public transport is easy. I’d happily stay here again.
