The room was nice and clean, and the location was great. But at 11 am, checkout time, they made us leave right away and wouldn’t let us wait in the living room area, which seemed to be kept tidy for incoming guests. They did hold our luggage until our 1 pm ferry to Sorrento. You may want to book onward transport close to checkout. They speak only Italian, so be ready to use Google Translate.

The host was very friendly, but didn’t speak English or Spanish. Our night had been overbooked, and we ended up on the 5th floor in a room with an impossible lock, no WiFi, and a humiliating breakfast. It was such a bad experience that we left Napoli for Sorrento.
