The apartment was spacious, spotless, and in a convenient spot. Our original booking had been cancelled, so Booking found this place for us. We never met the owner, though they communicated well. The young man who handled check-in, check-out, and cleaning was lovely and tried hard to help despite speaking limited English. They also kindly let us leave our bags at another house after we checked out. There were some real annoyances: the stairs were tiring, even if you expect no elevator in an old building, and the water pressure was extremely weak. The shower was broken and came loose with that little pressure, and the temperature kept changing. Apart from those things, we didn't have much to complain about.

A roomy, clean place in a perfect spot. The host was so kind that staying here helped me feel like a real Napolitano for a few days. I'd definitely recommend it.

Queen Carolina's Homes came to the rescue when our accommodation in Napoli turned out to be unbearable. It was already 7 PM, and we had two small kids and all our luggage with us. I found the place on maps and contacted Francesco. Even though he was out of town, he got everything arranged, and we were settled in less than an hour. The apartment was clean and worked very well for our family of four. It's right in the heart of Napoli, with easy connections to all the attractions, and we didn't find ourselves missing anything during the stay. Francesco really saved us. If we return to Napoli, I'd contact him directly, and we highly recommend staying here.

Walking over the sometimes uneven basalt at the upper corner is what kicked off my trip into the past. Suddenly I felt dropped into the 16th century, with the Renaissance all around me.

Francesco, the owner, was kind and helpful, and you can tell straight away how much he loves his city. His restaurant and sightseeing suggestions were much appreciated, and his hospitality made us feel welcome. We stayed on the night of September 16th. The place was clean and spacious, and its central location put the main tourist attractions just a few steps away. Getting here from the train station was easy too. A superb experience!
