We were welcomed by kind, helpful staff, and the location is excellent, right in the center in a typical Quartieri Spagnoli building. The room was large, but had very few basics: no chairs or other places to sit, no coat hangers, and not even basic kitchen items. The decor was sparse and the lighting very poor. Warmer bulbs would make it feel more welcoming.

Everything worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. The place was clean and tidy when I arrived, and it had been cleaned again by the time I got back. The staff were patient and nice with me, even though I don’t speak Italian and they didn’t speak English. I left before breakfast, and they refunded me even though they didn’t have to. It’s about ten minutes from the metro and 10-15 minutes from the sea, with a few sights within a 15-minute walk. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was cozy and quiet, and Umberto, the owner, was helpful and easy to work with. He showed us a map and shared some good ideas for places to visit. It’s a great base for exploring Naples on foot. I’d definitely recommend it.
