The apartment had recently been refurbished, and everything felt comfortable and finished to a high standard. We had a great stay. Antonio made finding the place easy with his messages before we arrived, then came down to meet us in the building lobby and helped with our bags. He explained how to get in and out, covered the building and apartment in detail, and told us how to reach him if we had any issues or an emergency. There were some local pastries waiting as a welcome treat. The view was amazing, and the small balcony was a nice touch. We were on the sixth floor, with an elevator, facing a main road, so there was some street noise. The location made it easy to walk to the castle, subway, ferry, and bus lines. A great place to start a vacation. Thanks for such a good stay.

Antonio was welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was modern, clean, and roomy, and I loved the view across the Port of Naples. Relais Castel Nuovo is in a great spot.

From the side window, there’s a stunning view of Vesuvio. The apartment itself is quiet, clean, and well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a one-room place that works perfectly for two people, though it may be less suited to a group of three or more. The manager was friendly and very helpful. The location is especially convenient for transport, with the port, metro, and airport bus stop nearby. Piazza del Plebiscito, Royal Palace of Naples, and Galleria Umberto I are an easy walk away. There are lots of places to eat in the area, plus a nearby supermarket if you want to cook. Highly recommended.

The apartment had everything we could want, including a washing machine and all the espresso you could drink. Antonio was a perfect host, generous, kind, and so helpful. He helped us sort out problems and gave us great advice.

We got there well before check-in and had to wait quite a while before we could enter the room. On weekdays, the elevators cost €0.10 per ride during the day, though Relais gave us some change to cover it. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a small kitchenette and a fridge. The harbor view was nice, and the location was great.
