My family and I booked two nights for June through Booking. On arrival day, I tried contacting the property in the app, then called the number they had provided. We were traveling with small children and got no quick reply either way. We knocked on the apartment building's main door several times and waited more than two hours before deciding to find somewhere else. As we were heading to that new place, we passed the building again and met a man who said he'd been trying to reach us because the owner was on vacation. He hadn't contacted us through Booking, so we never saw his messages. He apologized and promised the booking would be canceled without a fee, and we left relieved that we wouldn't be charged. But our bank account showed the full amount had been taken, even though we never received any service. I contacted the property again, and they were disrespectful and said we were a "no show," which wasn't true. When I asked for an email confirming we hadn't received service so I could use it in a bank complaint, they blocked me. I also messaged the man who promised there'd be no fee, but he didn't reply. The customer service here was the worst experience. I don't recommend this place at all.

While I was having breakfast, they came into the room before checkout time, touched my private belongings and started cleaning. They put my things outside half an hour early. It was a horrible situation. Never again at this place. It doesn't seem serious, tourists, beware 👎🏼

The room was cleaned and tidied every day, and Martina gave us a warm welcome. These apartments are in quiet Chiaia, with San Pasquale's bars nearby. A short walk along Naples's main shopping street gets you to the historic center. It's a lovely way to enjoy the city away from the crowds and tourist bustle.

The people looking after us were very kind and gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The room was perfect, very clean, and just a few minutes from the metro in a really nice location. I'd choose it again for my vacation. Thank you so much!❤️

We were four, me and my family, including our children aged 10 and 17. The apartment was small but had what we needed, and it was quiet overlooking the inner courtyard. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were fine, and the bathroom had a good shower and a fan, though no window. Its biggest problem was the kitchenette: there was just a two-burner electric hob and very little room, so cooking for four, or even two, wasn't possible. At reception you could make coffee with pods or have herbal tea. The location was very handy. We could walk to the seafront and city center in a few minutes, and the metro and bus stop were close, which is useful if you're coming to Naples by train. The building's concierge deserves a special mention. He was kind, helpful, elegant, and a real gentleman, with advice for everything in Naples. We had a great time and I'd happily return.
