Marco was kind and very helpful when an unexpected situation meant we had to postpone our trip by two days at the last minute. The spacious, clean home had everything we needed to travel and feel at home, including a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, hair dryer, and ironing board and iron. It’s in a strategic spot, about ten minutes from Garibaldi station and also from Via dei Tribunale and the historic center. There’s an elevator and a doorman, and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out are self-service. The price is excellent for what you get. Highly recommended from every point of view!

It’s very spacious, well furnished, and equipped with every comfort. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the property is conveniently located near the station.

With supermarkets and the central station just a short walk away, Rosaroll70 makes a handy base for all kinds of stays. The holiday home is spotless and carefully looked after, with comfortable amenities, warm colors, and thoughtful furnishings. A place I’d recommend trying.

You can easily get to cultural and recreational activities from Rosaroll70, and the place itself feels like home. The interiors are finished with real taste, and the welcome, cleanliness, and helpful staff all stood out. I’d gladly recommend it.

The manager was so kind and attentive, and the service felt like good value for the price. The rooms are roomy, inviting, and equipped with what you need, with cleanliness attended to down to the details. The location is great too.
