The receptionist was very kind. It’s comfortable and close to the center, a good place to stay if you want to relax.

The rooftop terrace is amazing, and our room was comfortable with air conditioning that worked well. Check-in and checkout were simple, and the staff let us leave our bags at the front desk after checkout. It’s centrally located. The only small drawback is that the hotel is on the fourth floor, though there is an elevator, just a small European-sized one.

There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and Toledo Metro Station is a five-minute walk away. The hotel is well placed for reaching many sights on foot. From the airport, you can take the Alibus to the port, then walk about 10 minutes to get there. The building is old, but everything inside is new and renovated. I recommend it.

Mary is a super nice host, and I loved having a self-service breakfast in the room. The rooms are clean and well equipped, in a great spot amid the buzz of the historic Centre.

The location was especially handy for shopping, and our room had a lovely view. Everyone at reception was so kind. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.
