Royalty room spa

I stayed for five days with my girlfriend about a month ago. The price was really good, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were lovely and cleaned every day. They do charge tourist tax, and you have to pay it in cash. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are basic and there’s nothing fancy about them. You can hear noise through the walls, too. Still, the price fits the standard of the room well, and everything else was great. Service was good, it’s walkable, and they can keep your luggage for the day. Great value for what I paid.

Friendly, professional staff and a handy spot a few minutes from the port and train station. There’s a nice little Cafe right outside and open-air markets a block away. Most of the main attractions are a 20-30 minute drive from the accommodation. For couples or a girls’ trip, this is a lovely getaway at a low price, with your own sauna and hydromassage tub. Going solo could make for a great self-care break, too.

The neighborhood was the main drawback. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel very safe there, so I chose not to stay out too late. The room door is also thin, and hallway conversations sound as if people are right in the room, though that wasn’t a big issue when I was awake. On the plus side, it was reasonably priced, close to both the train and metro stations, and had a modern look and an updated bathroom. The staff were friendly and responsive, and tour companies picked us up very close to the hotel, which was convenient.
