My mistake! I booked a May break back in January, and I was completely sober when I did it. But these rooms have a non-refundable policy, and there was no understanding or willingness to compromise. They kept all my money. So if you know anyone in Naples who needs a couple of rooms for the next three nights, they can go fill their boots, it's already paid for. Or if you're local and know some homeless people, let them know they can have the rooms on me. MY BAD!

The little extras were a nice touch, including disposable flip-flops that came in handy. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the stay turned out even better than we'd expected. WhatsApp replies came quickly, so check-in and getting answers to questions were easy. Great value and a really good experience.

The location was a real plus, central and close to the port, with the main street leading toward the Royal Palace nearby. The parking recommendation was excellent, and we mostly loved the spacious room, which felt luxurious in its own way. The bathroom was wonderful. The trouble was the noise coming through the windows, which made it hard to sleep peacefully. We also never had a representative available in person during our stay. Communication was only through the booking messenger, and replies came when convenient for them, with some messages left unanswered. We probably won't return to Naples, but if you're staying there, this is where I'd choose.

Stylish rooms, a great location, and good value for the price. Service through WhatsApp was good too.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the service was kind and friendly. Noise was the downside: the front door was loud at night, then in the morning someone upstairs was stomping around in heels like crazy.
