We found the staff very helpful. We had a late flight and let the hotel know in advance; they sent clear instructions for getting the room keys. We arrived earlier than expected, but reception was open and check-in was easy. They also brought extra pillows when we asked. The hotel is very central, just a minute or two on foot from the main train station, which made trips to Pompeii, Vesuvius, and the Amalfi coast convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, though smaller than it looked in the pictures. We enjoyed the fresh, tasty buffet breakfast each day, with plenty of choice, including omelettes and fried eggs cooked to order. We had a very enjoyable stay a few weeks ago, would highly recommend the hotel, and would stay again.

The hotel restaurant has great food and a nice wine list, and breakfast is full of local pastries. The coffee was excellent, as you'd expect in Italy. The hotel is a short walk from Central Train Station (Garibaldi), making day trips to Pompeii, Hercaluneum, and Vesuvius easy. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bathrooms look newly renovated and really good, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The staff at San Angelo Suites were so kind and welcoming that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottles of wine. The stay exceeded all our expectations. We'd absolutely come back! 🍷❤️

A good value for one night or several, with a pleasant hotel near Naples Garibaldi Central Station. Breakfast was quite good, the room was clean and had what we needed, and the staff were friendly despite my late check-in. The bathroom drains smelled really unpleasant, though, and there was no coffee machine.

I booked this hotel twice for my Naples stay from September 25 to 28, and both times they confirmed the reservation before cancelling it. The first cancellation came a day after booking, with no explanation. After a long, frustrating back-and-forth with Booking.com and the hotel, I was assured the second booking was guaranteed, and I trusted them. Then, on September 23rd at 3:36 PM, just two days before I was due to arrive, I got another message saying, “Your reservation has been cancelled for free.” For free? This isn't free cancellation, it's a complete lack of respect for guests. Hotel Sant’Angelo Palace is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. They disrupted my plans without a thought. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away. This was the worst experience ever. Never again.
