We had a really bad stay. The toilet seat was broken, and when we asked to switch rooms, they said it would happen the next day, but it never did. The bed wasn't in proper condition either. Pigeons gathered outside the window, and the smell from their droppings was very strong.

The bathroom at Smart Stations Hotel Napoli wasn't clean, and the place didn't seem as well kept as I'd expected. The location was handy, but the stay was only so-so. It wasn't the worst experience, though I wouldn't pick it again.

The front desk lady gave excellent service. The hotel is two blocks from the train and metro station, and the room itself was OK. The bathroom could use improvement, but it did what I needed.

We picked this place because it's near the station, and the reception staff were very friendly. The triple room was a reasonable size and the mattress was comfortable, but the bedspread was in poor shape. The balcony windows were dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean, the hairdryer was broken, and the shower was hard to comment on. At €120 for one night, with breakfast not included, it wasn't worth it.

It's a good spot, about a minute from the central station and close to the center. The guys at the desk know some special things to do in Naples, so ask them for tips 😍
