Soggiorno Paradiso due

The photos definitely didn't look like the place we found. We walked through an area that felt like a ghetto and unsafe, then arrived to a dark, dirty, damp supposed B&B with nobody there to meet us. After repeated calls, we still couldn't reach the person in charge, and none of the locals knew where she was. We waited quite a while before deciding to leave. I don't know how this can call itself a business when paying guests are left standing around for hours, or even how it qualifies as a B&B. I'd rather pay triple to feel comfortable and welcome. Very disappointing, though I'm glad I'm not sleeping in that dirty place tonight.

They kept $92.91 USD, claiming we hadn't shown up, even though we were outside waiting for two hours. My 75-year-old mother uses a wheelchair. The app asked us to select a check-in time and offered options through 7:30pm, so we chose 5:30 - 7:30pm. Only tiny fine print mentioned that Sunday check-in after 4:00pm wasn't allowed, with no such notice in the FAQ or app. We called 14 times before the woman finally answered and yelled that we couldn't stay because we hadn't checked in by 4:00pm. Easy money for her, and you won't get yours back. FYI.

The beds are horribly uncomfortable, the photos are doctored, and management is super rude. If you're visiting from out of the country and don't speak Italian, stay away. Nobody here speaks another language. I wouldn't stay here in Naples.

It's super clean, and staying in what is actually a residential complex made for an interesting experience. Still, I wouldn't really recommend it unless your budget is very tight. The woman who works there was extremely rude, and you can't get in unless you manage to contact her before arriving.
