The one good thing was the location near a tourist area. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and after we reported it, nobody seemed to care. Our sheets and towels weren't changed, and the bathroom sink was broken with water running out. Worst of all, we couldn't get into the house because the front door wouldn't open. We had to wait for a neighbor to let us in. The office already knew about the door problem, but said it was the apartment building owner's issue and that they did nothing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hair and stains on the sheets and towels, and there wasn't even a duvet cover, just two sheets. Disgusting. The place was dirty and the service terrible. I expected better because an agency managed it. Never again. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
