Couldn’t ask for a better location, and the staff are superb.

The owner was so kind and patient, and always answered quickly on WhatsApp whenever I needed help. Even when we had a couple of small misunderstandings, she stayed calm and courteous. I felt welcome and comfortable the whole visit. My room was clean, tidy, and roomy enough for one person, with what I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a quiet, clean place with great hospitality, right in the city center and close to the metro. I had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it.

The location and affordable rate were why I booked this B&B for three nights in June. It is very central, but the other people in the building talked and shouted late into the night, until midnight, and we struggled to sleep. The reviews had looked good, but there were several problems. Check-in was the worst part. The booking email said the room would be ready at 1 PM, but when we arrived it was still dirty from the previous couple. It was 31 degrees Celsius (88 degrees Fahrenheit) in the shade, so we left our bags and went out, expecting the owner to message us when it was ready. More than two hours passed with no word. When I called around 3:30 PM, she said the room was ready but she'd forgotten to tell me. I found that showed very little respect for the guests. They also left the room door open after cleaning, which felt unprofessional. The taxi offer was another letdown. Although I'd booked months ahead, the owner only texted on the day we arrived in June to say we could arrange one through the B&B and should contact the driver early because he was busy. We had already landed by then. We tried reaching him but got no reply. I can't recommend this B&B. Its central location doesn't make up for such careless management.

The owner was really kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice, spotlessly clean, and in a great location.
