Teatro Toledo 272

Teatro Toledo worked really well for me and my dog. The common room was useful and functional, and the hosts were kind and ready to meet my needs. The location was perfect for work and restaurants. Definitely recommend it!

For $176 a night, this place is overpriced. The location is central and close to everything, but that doesn't make up for the poor condition and maintenance. The building entrance has good security, yet the entrance and elevator look outdated and poorly maintained, and using the elevator feels uncomfortable and unsafe. Be prepared to carry luggage up steps. The balcony looks nice but doesn't feel safe to use. Finding Teatro Toledo 272 is frustrating. It's on the fifth floor, marked by a tiny sign that's almost impossible to see. Breakfast is very minimal, just cookies, coffee, milk, and sweets. The room has potential, the AC works well, and it smells clean. But the sink clogged every day, the bathtub didn't drain properly, the shower sprayed everywhere except where it should, and several lights didn't work. These are not minor issues and show a clear lack of care. Gianluca Schipani was the one bright spot, very responsive and helpful. They need to make serious improvements or lower the price.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the service was excellent. It's an ideal base for visiting Naples.

Our quadruple room, the largest one, was comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view along Via Toledo. The shared kitchen came in handy for a quick breakfast. The location on Via Toledo is excellent and central. Thanks to Gianluca for being so kind and available!
