Anna went out of her way to make our first visit to Italy feel easy. Before we even flew, she arranged a private driver from the airport, and once we arrived she was welcoming, kind, and happy to help with whatever we needed despite the language barrier. Toledo Point BnB was very clean and had the travel basics covered, including air conditioning, towels, fresh bed linens, and keys for the building and suite. We started our cross-country trip in Naples, and the location was perfect for getting around on foot. The coast, plenty of restaurants, Quartieri Spagnoli, Galleria Umberto, and lots of shops were all walkable. I couldn't have asked for a better first stay, and Anna made the place feel like home.

The breakfast was generous and varied, and the room was comfortable and clean. Annamaria was kind and helped us with restaurant and parking garage suggestions, along with ideas for sightseeing. Toledo Point sits in the safe Via Toledo area, with the attractions easy to explore on foot. It deserves the highest rating.

We found this place by chance, and everything worked out perfectly. The hostess greeted us warmly and even offered coffee when we arrived. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and it was nice to come back to after walking around. You're on via toledo, just a couple of minutes from the metro. Naples is such a beautiful city, and I'll stay here again next time.

Just a one-night stop for me, but Toledo Point was perfect. The room had plenty of space and was well equipped, and Annamaria was especially welcoming and helpful. Great location, too.

Naples was our first visit, and what a city, it has such a special atmosphere. Toledo Point was a great choice. Anna made us feel at home right away, and breakfast came with tasty treats, friendly chats, and lots of warmth. Our room was beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and always smelled lovely when we returned. The location was just right between the Spanish Quarter and the Historic District, three minutes from Toledo Station. Thank you so much for the hospitality, dear Anna.
