Toledo one Hotel

We got to the apartment and found nobody there. We lost a lot of time waiting around. A really bad experience.

The owners were the highlight for me. They were kind, lovely people, made me feel at home right away, and their helpful tips added a lot to my stay. Toledo One is wonderfully placed in the heart of Naples, just off Via Toledo, with the city's picturesque streets easy to explore on foot. The apartment was a calm, comfortable place to come back to after long days out. It was very clean and well looked after, with fresh, soft towels always available. I also liked having a mini-bar with drinks available on request. I was so pleased with my stay at B&B Toledo One. I'd recommend it for the comfort, cleanliness, and genuine Neapolitan welcome, and I definitely plan to return.

They were kind and available right from the start, even helping me get the directions straight before we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We mentioned a problem with the fridge and they fixed it straight away. On checkout day, they let us leave our luggage there until the last minute, so we didn't have to carry it around before our flight. Highly recommended, and thanks again. See you next time!

The staff were kind and helpful, but the room itself left me disappointed. There was barely any space between the bed and the wall, so moving around was awkward. Although we'd booked for two, it had a queen-sized bed. Dust was everywhere and the duvet was stained, which felt unpleasant and unhygienic. The air conditioner pointed straight at the wall and was practically useless. With better cleanliness and room layout, this could have been a much better stay.
