Alessandro deserves a special thank you. He helped us from the booking right through to the end of the holiday, always kind and available. His tips made us appreciate Naples even more, even though we never met in person. The property is right in the center, perfect for getting around Naples on foot. Breakfast is served at a nearby partner bar, which gets you into the city’s rhythm straight away. We had a really pleasant stay and will definitely come back here next time we’re in Naples.

We only had one night at Toledo Stay OK, which was a shame. It’s excellent value, with a warm atmosphere, a great location, and very helpful staff. We can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. Alessandro, the manager, was the real highlight: kind, welcoming, and ready to help. When it looked as if all the rooms were booked, he found us a great alternative, put us at ease, and suggested wonderful local restaurants that were authentic and delicious. We needed a room with an en suite bathroom urgently, and the hotelier accommodated us with a studio apartment on the top floor, a terrace, and a spectacular view. It had Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all the essentials, all working perfectly. Via Toledo, the Toledo metro station, Piazza del Plebiscito, and the Spanish Quarter are just steps away, so it’s easy to explore. We’ll definitely be back!

Mr. Alessandro was extremely kind and helpful, and we found the place spotless. Less than 24 hours after we arrived, we came back in the afternoon to find the room tidied and the bathroom cleaned. The welcoming rooms are clean and well equipped, and the bathroom has everything you need. It’s on Via Toledo, practically across the street from the train station. I highly recommend it.

Alessandro is so kind and friendly, and available whenever you need him. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Toledo Stay OK is a B&B in central Naples, close to the metro at Mollo Beverello, the Spanish Quarter, and Piazza Plebiscito, so everything is within easy reach.
