Maurizio was the highlight of our stay. He was warm and welcoming every day, and whenever we needed help with plans or had a question, he was quick to sort it out. His team made us feel looked after too. The care and hospitality were among the best we’ve had, and made the stay feel special. Breakfast is at a nearby café, with delicious pastries and coffee and friendly staff. There are restaurants close to the B&B as well, though we’d suggest trying Mergellina or central Naples for some particularly good food. The room was on the small side but comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. The place has a boutique feel. One thing to be prepared for: the lift is tiny and takes a €0.20 coin. Bring change, or be ready to climb five floors. We’d rate it 8/10 and highly recommend it for an affordable stay with such standout service. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The staff were amazing, and even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly. We could leave our bags in the lobby, which saved us from paying to store them elsewhere. The room was incredible, with a jacuzzi and sauna right in the bedroom. With the good location, it was a perfect last night of our honeymoon. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The owner, Maurizio, and the staff were so gracious and accommodating. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, and close to everything. I had an amazing stay in Naples and highly recommend Twin Towers.

Wake up and you’re steps from food and shops, and about five minutes from Garibaldi train station. It’s so convenient. The room was exquisite, and the common room had plenty of necessities. The host and cleaning staff were kind, efficient, and expert at what they do. Some reviews mention the neighbourhood, but it’s downtown Naples, so it’s going to be loud and dirty. That has zero bearing on how this high-end B&B is run. This is TRUE luxury!
