Massimiliano, who deals with guests, was kind and always available. The rooms are roomy, modern, and clean, and the square feels safe, with nice restaurants and a pleasant promenade. The metro is right outside the entrance, and there are several secure parking lots nearby for cars. Great accommodation!

We were disappointed by how the booking restriction was handled. My wife, who speaks Italian natively, called to ask about the services, and everything sounded fine until the owner learned we wanted to stay for one night. Then we were told single-night bookings aren’t allowed in high season, though that restriction isn’t stated on the website or in the policies. The property might be lovely, but this feels like an unclear and questionable way to maximize profits. I hope the owners communicate the policy more clearly. Disappointing.

The metro is right outside, and the funicular stations are just a two-minute walk away. Max is very helpful, and the place is clean and spacious. This is the spot to choose, especially for the location.

Magnificent from every angle. The rooms have a TV, fridge, and coffee machine, and the place and location are excellent.
