Getting to the apartment meant hauling suitcases up lots of stairs. It’s on the fourth floor, and there are more steps once you arrive. Then the living room curtain rod fell on us and nearly killed us. The bedroom radiator didn’t work, so we were freezing at night, and hot water came and went. We told the owner about all of it, but she offered no solutions. A terrible stay in a poorly maintained place. They were quick enough to collect the tourist tax, though.

Vicky was kind, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed. Her advice about the city was invaluable, too. At Vicky's Luxury Guesthouse, my partner and I felt at home, with the cleanliness and refined furnishings adding to that comfort. The apartment is right in the heart of Naples, close to its best attractions, so we could enjoy the location without giving up home comforts. I'm sure we'll meet again. We had a marvelous five-day stay and will definitely come back. The apartment was wonderfully comfortable, right in the historic center and well connected for the excursions you might want to take. Vicky is an incredible host, warm and attentive to the details. She offered useful tips on places to visit and kept looking out for what we needed as guests, making our time in Naples even better.
