The bed was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was new and worked well, and the tables and walls had recently been reupholstered with a cushioned feel. The hotel is handy for Naples Central Station and about a five-minute walk from the metro. Front desk staff rotated daily, but everyone I met was kind and helpful when I got lost. Cleaning is done every day, and you need to leave your room key at the desk when you go out so they can clean. Bring your own amenities, since only bath towels, face towels, and toilet paper are provided. There are no cups or refrigerators, and no elevator. There’s no shower curtain or bath mat, so the bathroom gets wet. I’d recommend it if you want a budget stay near Naples Central Station.

They’re under new management, and you can tell. The location is ideal for staying in central Naples, with the museums and sights all easy to reach.

They’re very helpful and do as much as Annica and the other staff can to accommodate you.

The staff were incompetent and the place was poorly run. Be wary.
