I haven't even stayed yet, and this has already been a terrible experience. We booked through Priceline, which had received the reservation from Booking.com, but the booking for two adults and two children was sent to the hotel as two adults only, despite being for a quadruple room. I sent the hotel written proof from Priceline, but they refused to accept it and kept saying we'd have to pay extra for the kids. That amounts to charging us twice. Then I discovered someone had hacked our account, made the same booking again, and charged our card again. We had to change passwords and cancel cards. I asked Priceline to remove and cancel the reservation, but they have to contact the hotel. No, the hotel won't refund our money. We've already gone through the credit card company because it's fraud. It's incredibly disappointing how unwilling they are to help, to say the least. Now I question the good reviews, and I regret that we'll be staying in August. Beware.

The place has six rooms, each with its own name, and everything was clean. Our bathroom was large and had a bidet. A bigger shelf for toiletries and other things would have been useful, but that's my only complaint. The receptionist was kind, and we were able to check in early. In low season, breakfast was brought to the room, with warm baked goods and fresh lemonade. The location is ideal for attractions, yet the street was quiet at night. Tip: the best pizza is at the nearby pizzeria Passionamij. 🍕

We had two small dogs, and this pet-friendly B&B was very accommodating. The manager answered questions quickly, and our room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently located near lively alleys and good restaurants. We'd happily stay again.

The room was unexpectedly spacious, and both it and the bathroom looked new and clean. The Italian-style shower was great, and the air conditioning was easy to adjust. One annoying detail: the corridor light comes on automatically if you go to the bathroom during the night, which wakes your partner. The TV seemed to have only Italian channels, and they weren't programmed properly. Breakfast had some variety and was nice, though the products were basic, nothing special. One soft piece of bread had mold on it. I didn't take many photos, just one of the TV, because the bad signal made a funny picture. We stayed two nights, and it was a great place apart from those issues.
