The reception team were professional and very nice, and housekeeping and the breakfast staff were good too. The bartenders were maybe a little less so. I ate out every time, so I can’t comment on the restaurant. It’s a nice 4-star hotel right by the sea in a pleasant little resort town, not far from Gallipoli. The rooms are clean and functional, breakfast buffet is good, and there’s a pool and a small private beach across the street, though it has no sand. Parking at the back is great.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are okay, though there was some mold in the showers. Its seaside location is nice, but getting orders at the pool or beach was a very poor experience. Staff hardly spoke English, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel, and they got people’s orders wrong most of the time. It also felt like a hotel for retirees. If you’re under 60, you should look elsewhere.

We had an amazing three-night stay on our family trip to Italy, and we’ll 1000% be back. The scenery, location, food, rooms, cleanliness, and staff were all incredible. Just remember to arrange transport to and from the hotel ahead of time, following local customs. A real 5-star experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Mostly, we had a pleasant stay and loved the location. It’s within walking distance of a lovely harbor and two small towns. We’ve just returned from a short visit for my Special Birthday. The room was okay, but after paying for an upgrade, I expected a better view and a bigger balcony. The balcony was very small. The food was very authentic, though a wider choice would have been nice. Restaurant staff were very helpful, but my husband got a negative response when he tried to arrange flowers and a cake through reception, which was disappointing.
