Bring snorkel gear to see the incredible variety of fish at Porto Salveggio, and some cash for a spritz. This is a perfect countryside retreat for some peace and quiet. Everything was better than expected, including the friendly staff and grapes hanging from the veranda. The most beautiful beach I’ve seen in years is a short walk away. Nardo is a sweet town with great dinner options, just a 10-15 minute drive, and Gallipoli is conveniently close too. Paradise.

Benedicta made us feel as if we were old friends from the moment we arrived. She served an abundant, delicious breakfast with great coffee and was always ready to help make our stay go smoothly. This is a relaxing, peaceful B&B in a lovely olive grove. We stayed six days and wished we could have added more. We’ll definitely go back!
