The staff were lovely and quick to help with anything. Our room and bathroom were clean, roomy and comfortable, with a king-size bed. Best place to stay in Nardò!

The manager deserves a special mention. He's warm, helpful and around whenever you need him, since he lives in the building. Ask him for advice on anything. 👍 Palazzo Volta is a beautiful historic building, carefully looked after, with balconies and terraces. There’s a large hot tub on the shared terrace, and some rooms have one indoors too. It’s very close to downtown for a walk, and parking on the street is easy. You need a parking disc there, unless you're staying at the property, in which case you just display your permit. I’d recommend it to anyone holidaying in Nardò.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty to eat and warm pasticciotti ready every morning from Mr. Ippazio. We were also welcomed with a bowl and treats for our dog, which was a lovely gesture. Palazzo Volta is beautifully renovated, with attention to every detail. The owner is kind, discreet and always available. Everything was spotless and well cared for. It feels like much more than a B&B. Highly recommended!
