Francesca and the garden were lovely, but the stay overall was extremely disappointing, especially at nearly €200 a night. That price suggested premium service, and what we got fell short of even basic expectations. There was no cleaning for five full days, no spare garbage bags, and we had to deal with our own rubbish in 40°C heat. Wi-Fi was almost unusable, mobile reception barely worked, and the pool wasn’t as clean as claimed. The management’s arrogant, defensive response to our initial feedback on booking.com was what shocked us most. They didn’t take responsibility or show empathy, instead shifting the blame and saying we “should have requested” basic cleaning, which I’d expect at this price. That kind of disrespect toward guests is unacceptable in hospitality. Don’t be fooled by the setting or a few friendly staff. We paid nearly €200 per night expecting 5-star service and got none. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation.

The owners, Federica and Antonio, were so friendly and ready to help with anything. This is an old estate that's been fully renovated, with a lovely pool and animals around the grounds that are great for kids. Our room was roomy, with a comfortable bathroom and a kitchenette that had everything we needed. There's also a charming, practical loft with two single beds, which makes it a great setup for families.

The hardest part was leaving. We came back for a second year and found the same peaceful feel as before. Francesca was efficient with everything, too. Federica and Antonio are genuinely lovely and always there when you need them. Everything around the estate, including the rooms, was super clean, and the pool is extraordinary. The little farm corner is especially nice if you're traveling with kids. It's also perfectly placed for visiting Salento's most beautiful beaches. Thanks for everything, and congratulations!

The ponies, chickens, and donkey were a big hit with my kids, and we also really liked the pool area. The whole place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and kept immaculate. It's well placed for reaching what I think are the nicest beaches in Puglia. Our room smelled lovely, was super clean, and had everything we needed. The staff and owner were very kind, and Francesca was incredibly helpful. A real top-notch stay, 10 out of 10!
