Private parking was another plus. We booked at the last minute for a great price, and the owner was helpful and quick to respond to our requests. Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, though it would’ve been nice to have something to eat for breakfast as well.

The place could use better organization. Nobody greeted us at check-in or check-out, and the rooms, while clean, were poorly laid out. The refrigerator was in the hallway instead of the room, and the rooms felt a bit small, with little space between the bed and walls. Its location near Narni and the Marmore Falls would make it a great base for excursions in the area, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Ms. Palmira was very kind and attentive to everything we needed, and even let us keep the room for two hours after checkout. The guesthouse was spotless, fairly priced, and had everything we needed, including on-site parking. Our spacious room was soundproofed, with a very comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, luggage rack, air conditioning, and private bathroom with a working shower. The mini-fridge was shared. There’s a vending machine with drinks and snacks that largely makes up for the lack of breakfast service. I’m very picky, but I’d absolutely recommend it.

The room was spotless, neat, and very comfortable. From the start, the staff made us feel welcome and were helpful, attentive, and kind. I absolutely recommend it!
